Preorders:

Q. What are Preorders?

A. On the first day of every month, Loungefly releases a set of preorder bags that can be ordered that day. These items are not in-stock, but have an estimated delivery of the next month. Some preorders have been delayed due to the global shipping crisis, but you can check preorder updates on the preorder update section of our site. 

Q. Can I cancel my preorder?

A. Please check our REFUND POLICY to get information on this. 

Q. When will my preorder ship out?

A. Shipping dates are estimates from Loungefly, so the best place to look is on our preorder updates section of our site. It is important to remember that shipping dates are subject to be changed, as we are in a global shipping crisis. I will do my best to keep the information updated for our customers. 

Orders:

Q. Is there anyway to change my mailing address?

A. Absolutely as long as the shipping label has not been printed, you can email us at support@enchantedsuppliers.com to get this changed. Make sure you include your order number and the new address along with making your subject ADDRESS CHANGE, so that it gets top priority in our email system. 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Absolutely! You will need to email us at support@enchantedsuppliers.com, and make sure you include your order number. Please check our REFUND POLICY section to get full details on how the refund system works. 

Q. Is there any payment plans offered?

A. We currently partner with Sezzle, as a option for payment plans. The order minimum to be able to use this payment plan is currently $35.00. We also offer a DEPOSIT option for PREORDERS, where you pay $10.00 - $15.00 to hold your item and the remainder is due when we get shipping notifications from Loungefly. You will then have the option to pay off your invoice of the remaining amount or recieve ACCOUNT CREDIT on the deposited amount.
